We all know the importance of 0 Degrees for freezing and 100 degrees for boiling water. We also know 3-4 degrees for fridges to keep food (like milk) fresh longer. But few understand the importance of 60 Degrees Celsius (140 Degrees Fahrenheit)
If something is worth doing (like exercise) it is worth doing even a little bit, and even at a low standard.
You might want to go for a run, but you don't feel up to it - in which case a gentle walk for 2 minutes is better than no exercise at all.
A quick look at a difficult task is better than putting it off altogether.
Sometimes just getting your brain thinking about a problem will help solutions bubble up to the surface.
Often the hardest part of any task is just getting started.
